O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 23.06.2021, in W.P.No.13150 of 2021 directed the 2nd respondent therein was directed to consider the 1/3

representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2021 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks. Alleging that the order has not been complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent Tahsildar had passed an order dated 01.03.2022 and also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court is duly complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
