Respondent(s) PRAYER; This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioners Representation dated 13.10.2025 and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to revoke the suspension order in Proc. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioners Representation dated 13.10.2025 and consequently

direct the 1st Respondent to revoke the suspension order in Proc. No.B2/19423/2024 dated 26.11.2024 and to reinstate the petitioner.

2. For revocation of the suspension order issued as against the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation on 13.10.2025 and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order.
