Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in his proceedings No.A2/13015/06 dated 13.06.2007 and subsequent order of the second respondent in his proceedings No.A2/13015/06, dated 27.07.2007, quash the same and consequently pass an order of direction, directing the second respondent to pass and order permitting the petitioner to take Additional charge of Assistant Agricultural Chemist (AAC) in the office of the petitioner.

infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
