Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in the bail order dated 23.12.2020 in Crl.OP.No.20615/2020 that the petitioners shall report before stay at Virudhachalam and report before the Virudhachalam Town police, everyday at 10.30 a.m for until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before Virudhachalam Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20615 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20615 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
