Special Govt. Pleader COMMON ORDER The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and respondents in the above writ petitions submitted that the issue stands covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.29677 of 2012 dated 29.08.2019 reported in 2019 SCC Online Mad 4359. It was further submitted that except for the 1st petitioner in W.P. No.19084 of 2006, all the other petitioners have been promoted.
2. Recording the submissions made by the counsels appearing for both sides, the above writ petitions are disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
