ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.09.2025, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 305(a), 331(4) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.367 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is 2nd bail petition. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 04.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.33201 of 2025 on the following reasons: "6.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides and the fact that the petitioner is having bad antecedents, this Court is of the view that, at this stage, if the petitioner is released on bail, there is a likelihood of his indulging in similar activities. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
