ORDER
[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] This petition has been filed by petitioner/wife of the life convict (Prisoner No.19259) M.Saravanan, son of Muthu, who is now confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore, seeking a direction to respondents to grant parole for her husband.
2. This Court, by an order dated 28.08.2018, has granted 10 days Parole to the detenu i.e., from 05.09.2018 to 14.09.2018 for taking treatment and directed the Registry to list the matter on 17.09.2018 for Reporting Compliance.
3. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the order of this Court dated 28.08.2018 stands complied with, as evidenced by the report in No.9350/R3/18, this Habeas
Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
