Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent on 14.05.2008 in Reference No.Na.Ka.20424/2008/U.2, quash the same and direct the first respondent to receive the application for renewal of C-form licence filed by the petitioner along with Statutory enclosures without insisting on signature of the second respondent, process the same and grant 'C' Form licence to the petitioner forthwith to run Irudaya Theatre, B.K.Chetty Street, Coimbatore-1.
