That the petitioner/A4 is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a Bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of this court among them one must be a Government Servant and the other surety must be his blood relative in the bail order dated 28.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.235 of 2025 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Arakkonam.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Arakkonam,

in Crl M.P. No.235 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Arakkonam while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl M.P. No.235 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025, directed him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of this Court among them one must be a Government servant and the other surety must be his blood relative. He submits that the petitioner was not able to comply the aforesaid conditions and he belongs to below poverty line. Hence, he has filed the present modification petition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that reasons stated in the modification petition is acceptable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of this Court. The other conditions imposed by the lower Court shall remain intact. It is made clear that, furnishing solvency certificate is not necessary to execute the bond as directed.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
