This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to execute sureties in Crl.O.P.No.26493 of 2023 dated 07.12.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, extension of time is not granted since the petitioner had been taken into custody in yet another case and confined at Vellore jail. After he obtains relief in that case necessary application can be filed for execution of producing sureties in FIR in Crime No.549 of 2023 registered by the Inspector of Police, Gudiyatham Town Police Station, Vellore District.

4.At this stage, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
