W.P.No.21396 of 2003 M.S.RAMESH, J., This matter is today posted before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In continuation of the earlier order dated 01.04.2019, Paragraph 4 of the said order shall be substituted as follows: " 4. It is seen that the present authority to consider the petitioners claim would be the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer. Hence, the proceedings in Reference No.D1/R.P.No.3/ 2002 dated 19.02.2003, is remanded back to the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer, for fresh consideration. The Revenue Divisional Officer, shall also give due opportunities to the petitioner to putforth additional grounds along with supporting documents. Such a decision shall be taken without being influenced by the findings of the Land Commissioner. On receipt of the same, the Revenue Divisional Officer shall endeavor to dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, since the compensation, for which the petitioner is also entitled in the land acquisition proceedings, have also been kept in abeyance.
