Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the second Respondent pertaining to the order dated 25.04.2015 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to give permission to conduct the dance programme in the event of Sri Sri Vediyappa samy Temple festival on 03.06.2015 at Vasanthi @ Vellaiyampathi.

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order declining permission to conduct dance programme in Sri Vediyappa Samy Temple festival at Uthangarai Taluk, Vellaiyampathi Village.

The permission was sought for by the festival committee to conduct dance programme during the temple festival on 01.06.2015 and 03.06.2015. The said permission sought for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was rejected by the Police authorities. Thus, the Writ Petition was filed. In view of the fact that cause arose for the purpose of filing the Writ Petition became vanished, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
