Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to sent an invitation to the third respondent asking the third respondent to send the Kabaddi Players in the Union Territory of Pondicherry whose list has already been forwarded to the second respondent by the petitioner along with the letter dated 14.01.2019 to enable them to participate in the Senior and Juniors Championship which are being held between January 28, 2019 to February 2, 2019 at Maharashtra and between February 15, 2019 to February 20, 2019 at Kolkatta.
