The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to restore the entry made in the 'A' register as Sri Pachiyamman Temple in respect of the land in Survey No.10/3, measuring an extent of 1.03 acres of Ayothiapattinam Village, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem, and grant patta, by considering the representation dated 21.04.2015.

2. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned special Government pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with the law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayer sought for in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With this observation, the Writ petition is disposed. No costs.
