This application is filed by the applicants to implead them as respondents 5 and 6 in the writ petition.

Heard Mr.N.Subramaniyan, learned counsel for the applicants; Mrs.Nalini Chidamabaram, learned Senior Counsel for the first respondent; and, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 10 to 12.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application is allowed and disposed of.

The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ papers.
