ORDER
1.The prayer in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd Respondent to issue appropriate relieving order to the Petitioner along with service certificate and consequently, to direct the 2nd Respondent to settle the service benefits of the Petitioner including his contributory pension scheme.
2.This Court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
3.This Court, by order dated, 01.07.2013, had passed the following interim direction:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
"4. In these circumstances, there shall be an order of interim direction, directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the Petitioner referred to above relating to his relieving order, within a period of four weeks and report the same to this Court on 05.08.2013. It is for the second respondent to get appropriate orders either from Syndicate or from any other appropriate authority in this regard. Notice.
4.Pursuant to the aforesaid interim order, dated 01.07.2013, the Respondent University had passed final orders, dated 16.12.2013, which is the subject matter in WP.No.27735 of 2014. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
