J U D G M E N T

Pursuant to the order dated 04.12.2017, the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and the dispute between the parties was also settled before the Mediation Centre. The parties had also entered into joint memorandum of compromise dated 12.03.2018 before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

2.The joint memorandum of compromise dated 12.03.2018 is taken on record and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise. The terms of the compromise shall form part of the decree in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
