C O M M O N O R D E R This Criminal Original Petitions are filed to direct the second respondent herein to execute the warrant issued by the Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level at Thiruvallur dated 01.02.2017 in S.T.C.Nos. 71 to 73 of 2016 against the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that during trial, the third respondent failed to co-operate with the trial and did not appear before the trial Court. Thereafter, the trial Court issued a warrant against the third respondent and directed the second respondent to execute the same. On due verification, a person, who is an accused, was not residing in the address so that the second respondent prepared a report and submitted the same before the trial Court stating that no person is available in the given address and returned the warrant.

3. It is seen that as per the direction of the trial Court, the second respondent executed the warrant and found that the accused is not available in the address given and filed a report to that effect. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petitions. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
