petitioner and members of Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS) to conduct the procession (Route March) wearing their Uniform (Dark Olive Green Trousers, White Shirt, Cap, Belt, Black Shoes) lead by a Musical Band from Devar Statue, Nethaji Statue, South Veeranar Temple, ONGC Road, Kollakattan Street, Ram Temple, Sabaravi Shop, Fish Market, Sangathidal, North Street, Junction, Devar Statue Paravakottai end on 29.01.2023 at 4.00 p.m. and conduct a Public meeting on back side of Anjaneyar Temple, Kallukadai Medu at 4.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. pursuant to their application to the 4th respondent dated 23.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
