ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed impugning the order dated 27.05.2013, in and by which, the approval granted for appointment of the petitioner was cancelled on the ground that the petitioner did not pass in the TET.

2. Since the appointment of the petitioner is after coming into force of G.O.Ms.No.181, dated 15.11.2011, the petitioner has to mandatorily pass the TET examination. Already a Division Bench of this Court has granted time till the year 2019 for the candidates like the petitioner to appear and pass in the TET.

3. Even though the petitioner had subsequently appeared, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that till date the petitioner has not the passed the TET examination.

4. Under the said circumstances, the Writ Petition is bound to fail and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
