This petition has been filed to modify the order of this court dated 10.07.2023 made in W.P. No.31028 of 2022.

2. It is the contention of the learned Additional Advocate General that this court has directed the second respondent to act on the basis of the proposal sent by the third respondent. However, he submits that as if no such proposal has been sent by the third respondent and received by the second respondent. Hence he seeks modification of the order.

3. If at all any order is passed based on the wrong assumption and without any material, the appropriate relief is only to file an application for reviewing the order and not a modification petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, with liberty to file a Review application.
