The petitioner has challenged the seniority list issued by the second respondent on the ground that she is deprived of her seniority in getting promotion to the post of Head Mistress of Elementary School.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 produced a copy of the Service Register of the petitioner to show that the petitioner was given promotion to the post of Head Mistress on 18.11.2008 and would submit that nothing survives for adjudication. The copy of the Service Register is taken on file and shall form part of the records. Recording the submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. If at all the petitioner has any other claim, it is open to the the petitioner to revive this writ petition.
