This petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Madipakkam Police Station to the file of the Additional Director General of Police, CBCID, Tamilnadu/2nd Respondent herein for a fair and independent investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the investigation was completed and the closure report was also filed as "further action was dropped' in RCS No.1 of 2021 on 24.02.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Alandur.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
