This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19643 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, till completion of trial on all hearing dates.
