This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2986 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28739 of 2022 to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
