ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he has no instructions in the matter.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner by the present Writ Petition is questioning the disinvestment by the Government in the second respondent institution and as such, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for consideration any further.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties on either side and taking note of the fact that the 2/4

petitioner after filing the present Writ Petition has not provided any instructions to his counsel, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present Writ Petition, more particularly, due to passage of time and also the disinvestment undertaken by the Government in the second respondent institution.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
