Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to enquire into the petitioner representations/complaints dated 09.02.2013 and 04.04.2013 and take action against the 6th respondent for not allowing the petitioner to act as Internal Examiner for the practical examinations for the year 2012-2013 for the +2 vocational group students studying in the 5th respondent school and directing the 5th and 6th respondents to allot and allow the petitioner to act as internal examiner for +2 vocational group General Machinist and Practical Paper I and paper II and also to allot +1 vocational group subjects to the petitioner instead of allotting the petitioner Moral Instruction Classes within a specified time.

ORDER

Today when the mater is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent has complied the prayer sought for in the writ petitioner has been granted. Hence nothing service for further adjudication. Accordingly he prays for close the present petition.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. However liberty is granted to the petitioners to workout their remedy to the manner known to law.
