O R D E R

While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 03.02.2020, this Court directed the learned I Additional District Judge, Cuddalore, to dispose of E.P.No.1 of 2018 in O.S.No.135 of 2013 within a period of three months.

2. This Court has received a letter dated 10.07.2020 from the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 03.02.2020 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply with the order dated 03.02.2020 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
