Heard Mr. R.Saravanan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Mahesh, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition challenges Notice No. TIIC/VPM/LAO/2017-18 dated 19.02.2018 sent by the Second Respondent to the Petitioner regarding the proposed tender-cum-public auction of his assets on 21.03.2018 for failure to repayment of the dues owed by him.

This Court at the time of admission on 16.03.2018 had granted interim stay of the impugned proceedings, which was extended by another order dated 16.11.2018 and continues to be in force as on date. 2/4

It is represented that the Petitioner has settled the entire dues on 21.09.2021 and Learned Counsel for the Respondents has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
