This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct the Thai Mariamman Festival in the Arulmighu Mariamman Kovil Jagir Kamanaickenpatty Salem District from 09.02.2021 to 12.02.2021 by considering and passing necessary orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2021.
