Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records, relating to the suspension order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.4551/2007 Ma Va dated 30.03.2007 and the consequential charge memo issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.4551/2007 Ma Va dated 21.07.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondents to settle all the terminal benefits to the petitioner.

ORDER

Challenging the suspension order dated 30.03.2007 and the consequential charge memo dated 21.07.2007 issued by the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the first respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4551/2007 Ma Va dated 29.08.2009, passed the final order, revoking the suspension order and closing the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, by imposing a fine of Rs.20,769.25/- on him and hence, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
