2.This Petition has been filed challenging the detention order dated 28.06.2019 made in Memo No. BCDFGISSSV/367/2019 passed by the Second Respondent against the detenu, viz., Rajkumar @ Kullraj, S/o. Chithiraivel, Hindu aged about 49 years branding him as 'Goonda'.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents submitted that the period of detention is complete and this Petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
