Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in Ref.No.6247/MB/19 dated 20.01.2020 and quash the same and direct the respondent to process the petitioner's claim for Medical reimbursement of the costs incurred by him on the treatment given to his wife Mrs.B.Radha Bai at the Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore - 560076 and take all further action to reimburse the cost under the New Health Insurance Scheme, 2018 for Pensioners (including spouse/ family pensioners) notwithstanding the fact that the said hospitals is not in the list of accredited hospitals.
