This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 08.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.26226 of 2023 to report before the trial Court everyday, quite apart from the Court hearing dates until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court, on every Monday, at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of the trial.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
