Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 20218 of 2021 dated 22.09.2021 and passed final orders in Proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 40064/2013/PA3, dated 13.01.2022.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, if so advised.
