ORDER

(1) This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.13365/2021 dated 20.07.2021. (2) This Court has set aside the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.No.9464/E4/2018 dated 29.03.2021 and further directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner without reference to G.O.Ms.No.238 School Education Department dated 13.11.2018.

(3) Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that order of this Court had been complied with. He produced before this Court the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer dated 17.03.2022 in Mu.Mu.No.7763/E4/2021 and submitted that this order is in compliance with the direction of this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has nothing more to add and acknowledged the fact about the order being passed in compliance.

(4) Since the learned counsels appearing on either side report that the 2/3

order has been complied with, recording compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed.
