(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) It is stated that the conditional order dated 22.04.2024 has not been complied with within the time granted.

No application for extension has also been filed. It is the self working order, inasmuch as we have stated that the stay will stand automatically vacated in the event of non compliance. Hence no further orders are necessary in the CMP, the CMP is closed.
