2. The private notice which has been sent to the sole respondent has been delivered at the given address on 06.03.2024. However, the sole respondent has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard the counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

4. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
