(CR.NO.2 OF 2016) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that to appear and report before the Idol Wing officials, Thiruchirapalli, daily at 10.30a.m imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.No.27568 of 2018 dt 21.12.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MRR.SHANMUGASUNDARAM, SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.N.CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.THANGIRA, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed vide order dated 21.12.2018, made in Crl.O.P.No.27568 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27568 of 2018 on 21.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly but the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on 21.12.2018, stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Idol Wing officials, Chennai once in a week i.e. on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

until further orders. Non-compliance of this order by the petitioner, if noticed, the earlier bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled automatically. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
