R2 - Mr.R.M.D.Nasrullah COMMON ORDER The orders dated 22.02.2007 and 01.03.2007 passed by the 1st respondent in C.P.No.103 of 2006 and C.P.No.24 of 2006 are under challenge in these writ petitions.
2.The respective learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondents made a submission that the issues raised in the present writ petitions are no more res integra and the same were already settled by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of Management of Madras Aluminium Co. Ltd., vs. R.Paulmanickam and Others in W.A.No.1140 of 2002 dated 20.03.2007, which was confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in S.L.P.No.6928 of 2007. Thus, the case of the Management was rejected by the Division Bench, which was confirmed by the Supreme Court.
3.In view of the orders cited supra, these writ petitions deserve no merit consideration and accordingly, the orders passed by the 1st respondent dated 22.02.2007 and 01.03.2007 in C.P.No.103 of 2006 and C.P.No.24 of 2006 are confirmed and the writ petitions stand dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
