When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending writ petition, the Government of India has directed grant of computer allowances even to the respondents workmen herein. In view thereof, the prayer in the writ petition can no longer be pressed by him and submits that the writ petition can be dismissed as having become infructuous.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No cost.
