This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.15712 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22200 of 2022 on 26.10.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until filing of the charge sheet.
