Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the order passed by the second respondent vide surcharge No.7/2008/SaPa1 dated 11.05.2009 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to allow the petitioner to examine Sri Periasamy, Deputy Registrar as a witness in the surcharge proceedings and allow the writ petition.
