A.No.436 of 2020 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is filed for permission to receive the additional documents as listed in the schedule to the Judge's summons.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the documents listed in the schedule to the Judge's summons are relevant for the purposes of the case and that miscarriage of justice would be caused unless the applicant is permitted to produce these documents.

4. By a counter affidavit filed in A.Nos.435 and 436 of 2020, the respondent stated that these additional documents may be allowed to be marked, subject to the objections with regard to admissibility and proof. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that this application may be disposed of by taking note of the said statement. 1 / 2

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the additional documents listed in the Judge's summons are permitted to be received in the Original Petition, subject to the objections with regard to admissibility and proof.
