The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose a revision petition filed by him dated 09.07.2007 and pass an orders after giving an opportunity to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expeditiously.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent on instructions submitted that the Revision has been disposed of on 09.12.2015.

3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed, by directing the first respondent to serve copy of the said order dated 09.12.2015 to the petitioner and the third respondent by 'Registered Post with Acknowledgement due', within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
