Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records connected with the proceedings of the 1st respondent, the Commissioner, Municipal Administration, Chennai-5 in Na.Ka.No.42788/2007/S-3 dated 20.05.2008 in granting permission for the sale / conveyance of the property in site No.R-12 in Survey Nos.192/2 and 181 in Phase III of the Vellore Neighbourhood at Sathuvachari and consequential orders and transactions and quash the same and direct the 6th respondent electricity Board and their agents to stop all further activities of constructions and erection of Electricity substation at the site No.R-12 in Phase III of TNHB Sathuvachari (Vallalar Phase III); and hand it over to the 3rd respondent for development of park.
