Challenging the award dated 02.12.2002 passed in I.D.No.880 of 1998 by the second respondent Labour Court, the petitioner / Management has preferred the above writ petition.

2. It appears that during the pendency of the writ petition, the first respondent employee, on behalf of whom the Industrial Dispute was raised, had retired from service on 31.01.2010 and all the benefits were settled in his favour. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the implementation of the Labour Court award, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / Management would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.VII-58/92-93 dated 07.10.2017 of the petitioner / Management before this Court.

4.The proceedings dated 07.10.2017 of the petitioner / Management is taken on file and the same shall form part of the records.

5. The writ petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication. However, it is made clear that if anything is due to the workman/first respondent, it is open to him to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
