2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitions are of the year 2006. Thereafter, the petitioner was to retire after attaining the age of 58 years, however, the respondents retained the petitioner in service for conducting disciplinary proceedings.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that after a lapse of 11 years it would be suffice to issue a direction to the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a reasonable time.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents concede the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to complete the enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
