ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for an early disposal of I.A.No.501 of 2014 in O.S.No.140 of 2014, pending on the file of the Learned District Munsif Ambur, Vellore District. 2.From a reading of the Docket Order, it is seen that from 04.10.2017 onwards, the matter has been posted under the head 'R-4 side evidence'.

3.Taking note of the same, the learned District Munsif, Ambur, Vellore District is directed to dispose of I.A.No.501 of 2014 in O.S.No.140 of 2014 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4.In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above terms. No costs.
