O R D E R

This Revision is preferred against an order dismissing the application of the revision petitioner seeking return of the Vehicle under Section 451 and 457 Cr.P.C. The vehicle involved is a Honda Activa Motor Cycle bearing Registration No.TN-77-AZ1801.

2. Mr.L.A.J.Selvam, learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the confiscation proceedings have commenced. He further added that in the notice issued to the petitioner, there is an inadvertent error in describing the number of the vehicle and that a corrected notice will be sent soon. 3.The said statement is recorded.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. No costs. The petitioner is now required to participate in the proceedings initiated for confiscation by the appropriate Authorities.
